The Future of the Past

The Future of the Past

OK, time to yodel a bit about some coolness that I am fortunate enough to be able to help with. My paleontologist pals in the Black Hills are building a MASSIVE new museum campus just outside of Hill City, South Dakota. They are converting a winery into a huge exhibit space, event center, and learning campus. Beautiful spot. (It's not their fault the winery closed! And there's a brewery next door . . . so . . . ) Anyway--I have been able to design the official logo for the new museum, the NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM OF THE BLACK HILLS. I also came up with this billboard design to let folks know it's coming in 2027. So I am very excited and pleased to share this with you. It has long been a dream to help out in some way with a Natural History museum and so this is just the beginning . . . of the future . . . of the past.

It has long been a dream to help out in some way with a Natural History museum.
Now: the Southlands
Morning—and southward
Next stop: Twain country
South along the river
One more night in town
And then the plan went sideways
Now turn up the music
Keep driving south
