When you are walking down the street at night and the guy who just won the local fishing tournament hired his own band and is giving tequila and waves to anyone passing by and you dance and you live and this doesn’t happen in other places and the streets are full of life and smiles and fun and simple happiness and that’s small town Mexico and its people at its best.
